The Elwood Art Gallery is a nonprofit art gallery in Elwood, Indiana — with a twist: we’re a pop-up. Rather than waiting until we could open a permanent storefront, we decided Elwood’s artists shouldn’t have to wait. So we bring the gallery to the community, staging exhibits and art events in borrowed and rented spaces all over town.
Every show is a one-of-a-kind event! One month it’s a western inspired night at the Elk’s Lodge; the next, it’s a fresh exhibit somewhere unexpected. Each event features the work of local and regional artists - shown, celebrated, and available to take home!

We stage pop-up exhibits and art events throughout the year, each one featuring local and regional artists. We host calls for art that give working and first-time artists a place to show and sell.
We believe art and community go hand in hand. That’s why we have the Artist Circle. A special group of creatives that meet, share, learn and grow through community and maybe even friendship. Join Today!
Members and donations make the events possible. For as little as $20 for a full two-year membership, you’ll fund exhibitions, support local artists, and get member perks — and 10% of every Individual and Family membership is donated to the Elwood Humane Society. Art lovers and animal lovers, welcome home.
