Giving Local Creativity a Place to Shine

The Elwood Art Gallery is a nonprofit art gallery in Elwood, Indiana — with a twist: we’re a pop-up. Rather than waiting until we could open a permanent storefront, we decided Elwood’s artists shouldn’t have to wait. So we bring the gallery to the community, staging exhibits and art events in spaces all over town.

What We Do

We stage pop-up exhibits and art events throughout the year, each one featuring local and regional artists. We host calls for art that give working and first-time artists a place to show and sell. And we’re building toward something bigger — a permanent home for the arts in Elwood.

Creativity That Gives Back

We believe art and community go hand in hand. That’s why 10% of every Individual and Family membership is donated to the Elwood Humane Society.
